How does the free trial work?

Adakite Restaurant is free for the first 30 days. We set your store up with you, you add a card, and nothing is charged until day 31. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The online order fee applies from your first online order, trial or not.

What is the online order fee?

3.2% + 40c on Adakite Restaurant, or 3.5% + 40c on Adakite Online, on each order a customer pays for through your ordering site. It comes out of the order before the money reaches your bank, so there is no separate bill. Card processing on online orders is part of it.

Do you take anything from orders at the counter?

No. Cash and card payments taken in the shop go through your own bank. Adakite charges nothing on them.

Is there a contract?

No. Adakite Restaurant is month to month. Cancel in Admin at any time and it runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Adakite Online has no monthly fee to cancel.

What hardware do I need?

Android tablets or phones for the POS, kitchen screens and order app, and network receipt or kitchen printers (ESC/POS or Star). Drivers use their own iPhone or Android phone. Use what you have; we don't sell hardware.

Are there limits?

Each store can have up to 10 POS devices, 10 kitchen screens, 50 staff and 15 drivers. Delivery Tracking includes 3 drivers; each one after that is A$19 a month. Each store you run has its own plan.

Do you do custom pricing?

Yes, on Enterprise. For groups with several stores or high order volumes we agree the monthly price, the online order fee, Delivery Tracking and the limits with you, store by store. Talk to us and we'll put a price together.

Can I start with Adakite Online and move to Adakite Restaurant later?

Yes. It is the same account, menu and customers. Upgrade in Admin and the rest of the system switches on. If you haven't had a trial, you get the 30 days free.
